Devoted father of Christopher Michael Kirby, Shannon Margaret Halleran and Terrence Patrick Kirby. Cherished grandfather of six. Dear brother of Kathleen Gaughan. Gerald was a beloved teacher of English and drama at Plainedge High School for 42 years, a respected Lector at St. Joseph’s R.C. Church in Babylon. An Accomplished Pianist and Composer, Director of Freeport Community Chorale for 50 years and Music Director for Plaza Theatrical Productions. Reposing at The Fredrick J.
