Redmond, Jr. - Douglas Michael, of East Islip, LI on March 25, 2017. Beloved son of Millie & Douglas M. Redmond, Sr. Loving brother of Brandon & Chelsea Redmond. Fond grandson of Dolores & Raul Vidal and the late Joan & Ronald Redmond. Cherished nephew & cousin to his many loving aunts, uncles & cousins. Reposing at The Fredrick J. Chapey & Sons East Islip Funeral Home, 200 East Main Street, (1/2 mile west of the S.S. Parkway, Exit 45W). Celebration of the Liturgy of Christian Burial Tuesday 12:00PM at St. Mary's R.C. Church, East Islip, LI. Interment to follow at St. John of God Cemetery, Central Islip, LI. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made in Douglas' loving memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105. Visiting Monday 2:00PM until 4:30PM & 7:00PM until 9:30PM.
