Obituary

Isabella Gnolfo., 98, of Wantagh, on July 24, 2024. A wonderful mother, mother in law, sister, grandmother, cousin, great-grandmother and friend too many. She leaves behind 4 children, 5 grandchildren and most impressively 12 great grandchildren. She lived a full life surrounded by many people who loved and cared for her and she will be greatly missed. She lost her husband, the love of her life in 1987. She survived cancer 3 times and many other medical procedures. She rose above every one of them and never complained. She is now reunited with her husband after 37 years and we know he was waiting for her with open arms. Many of her special talents included cooking and baking while putting a smile on people’s faces. She was truly an amazing, strong, caring woman who on occasions would be very headstrong. She was a banking officer at National Bank of North America where she retired from. She was funny and touched so many lives and will never be forgotten. May she rest in peace and be at peace always and forever.
