Sullivan, Patricia Ann, of West Islip, LI, on February 19, 2017. Beloved wife of the late Eugene Francis Sullivan. Devoted mother of Susan (Tom) Simon, James (Andrea) Sullivan and Alicia Sullivan. Cherished grandmother of Kristine, Thomas, William, Lisa and Jennifer and great grandmother of Grace, Aidan, Lucas, Bradley, Anthony, Aubrey, Ryan and James. Dear sister of Eileen Cain. Reposing at The Fredrick J. Chapey & Sons West Islip Funeral Home, 1225 Montauk Hwy. (1/4 mile west of the Robert Moses Cswy.). Celebration of the Liturgy of Christian Burial Wednesday 10:00 AM at St. Joseph’s RC Church, Babylon, LI. Interment to follow at St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Babylon, LI. Visiting Tuesday 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM.
