Devoted father of the late Toni (Wayne), Vicki, Thomas (Nancy), and Michael (Carolina). Cherished grandfather of Marisa (Bob), Andrea, David (Abby), Stephanie (Ray), Meghan (Tyler), and Heather (Rob). Cherished great grandfather of Ryan, James, Erik, McKenze, Madigan, Lucas, Dylan, Haylee, and Robby. Charles was a proud Army Veteran, and a proud member of the 107th Precinct of the NYPD for over 24 years. Reposing at The Fredrick J. Chapey & Sons West Islip Funeral Home, 1225 Montauk Hwy., (1/4 mile west of the Robert Moses Cswy.). Celebration of the Liturgy of Christian Burial Saturday 10:30 AM at St. Joseph's R.C. Church, North Carll Avenue, Babylon, NY. Cremation to follow privately. Visitation Friday 3:00 PM until 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM.
