I'm so sorry to learn, today, about Rob Schecter's passing at far too young an age. I recall hanging out with him at Ave L and E 49th, and going to Tilden H.S. together. May he RIP.
I knew Rob since South Shore High School and he was my Best Man at my wedding in 1984. He was passionate and kind! I lost touch with him about a year and half ago and have been reaching him out through Social Media. I just found out today about his passing and he will be greatly missed! Many great memories of our times together when I lived in NYC.
