Obituary of Philip Jason Hernandez

Philip J. Hernandez 26, passed away January 8, 2016 at his home in Farmingdale, New York. He was born January 29, 1990 in Farmingville and is the youngest of three sons of Dominic and Frances Hernandez. He was a proud graduate of Sachem East High School and a respected shift leader of Starbucks Coffee. Philip was preceded in death by his mother (Frances), grandfather (Francisco) and grandmother (Rosa). He is survived by his father Dominic, his brothers (Brandon and Jonathan), several aunts, uncles, cousins and many close friends. He was truly one of a kind. A person with a smile so big and a laugh so contagious. His memory will live on forever in the hearts that he touched.
