Obituary

Edward Joseph Marino, formerly of Plainview, NY, passed peacefully November 11, 2022, age 82. Loving and devoted husband to the late Carolyn Marino (Tuohy). Ed was born in Flushing, Queens to Josephine & Alfred Marino on December 5, 1939. He also lived in Bayside & Staten Island, NY, Fort Myers, FL & Clayton, NC. Ed had a successful career working mostly for Herman's Sporting Goods. He enjoyed traveling, fishing, boating, skiing, sports cars, gardening, cooking, antiques, tropical fish & doing jigsaw puzzles. Ed was the first born among his siblings: sister Barbara Chimiak (Walter), brother Alfred (deceased), sister in law Nancy. He is survived by his two daughters, Joann Saul (David) and Donna Guido (Philip), two grandchildren, Jennifer & Christopher, many cousins, nieces, nephews, family members & wonderful friends.
