Sureau, John R. , of West Islip, LI on December 6, 2016. Proud Veteran of the United States Army. Beloved husband of Margaret M. Sureau. Devoted father of Reverend John Sureau, Jr., Kimberly Anne and Michael James Sureau. Dear brother of Kathleen Lavigne and James Sureau. Fond uncle to his many nieces & nephews. Cherished by the late Cocker Spaniel Tracie. Reposing at The Fredrick J. Chapey & Sons West Islip Funeral Home, 1225 Montauk Hwy., (1/4 mile west of the Robert Moses Cswy.) Celebration of the Liturgy of Christian Burial Saturday 9:30 AM Our Lady of Lourdes R.C. Church, West Islip, LI. Interment to follow at St. Charles Cemetery, Farmingdale, LI.
