Obituary of William R. Neill, Sr.

Neill, William R., Sr. of Great River, LI on August 24, 2016 at the age of 93. As a young man, William emigrated from Ireland many years ago. Beloved husband of Rose Neill and the late Elizabeth Neill. Devoted father of Billy Neill, Barbara (Osama) Al Salem, Kathleen Curtis, Robert Neill and Ronald Neill. Cherished grandfather and great grandfather. Dear brother of the late Margaret Neill. Retired after 25 years of service with State Farm Insurance. Reposing at The Fredrick J. Chapey & Sons East Islip Funeral Home, 200 East Main Street (1/2 mile west of the S.S. Parkway, Exit 45W). A Religious Service to be held at the Funeral Home on Saturday at 12:30 PM. Interment to follow at Pinelawn Memorial Park, Pinelawn, LI. Visiting Friday 2:00 PM until 4:30 PM and 7:00 PM until 9:30 PM and Saturday 11:00 AM until 12:30PM.
