Obituary of Laura E. Buckley-Cordaro

Laura Buckley-Cordaro passed away January 9th. She is survived by her husband Justin Cordaro and loving family: father Thomas Buckley, step mother Christine Buckley, her sister Kathryn (Buckley) Verde and husband Joseph, brother Connor Buckley, sister Deirdre Buckley, and step father Ken Moore, and grandparents Lois and Rob Kirby. She is predeceased by her mother, Lynn Moore. She was a devoted aunt to AJ, Gianna, Sammy and Sofia. She leaves behind a large extended family of aunts, uncles and cousins who she loved dearly and were her biggest supporters (#familyisforever). Laura was known for her competitive spirit (Go 33!), her sense of humor, and her ability to take over a room when she walked in. She battled Lupus and other auto immune diseases her entire adult life which presented many challenges, which she worked fiercely to overcome. After an exhausting battle, God called her home to rest and be at peace. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Lupus Foundation.
