Obituary of James C. Maggio

On March 24, 1940, my father, James C. Maggio (aka Saint James ) was put on this earth for a reason. The reason was to spread as much love to his family, his friends and to strangers that he possibly could. To be the most caring, loving, kind, helpful, modest and strongest person he could be. To be the best role model, husband, father, grandfather that was humanly possible. Well he far surpassed all of the expectations placed upon him! His job on this earth is now complete. Today he has moved on to help out in Heaven. Even though he has left this earth, he is so embedded in the hearts and souls of all us that he will be with us always! There is nothing that can take that away!

So for everyone who’s heart is breaking, there is something we all can do to turn such sadness into happiness. Be there for somebody who needs you, make a meal for somebody for no reason, fix something for somebody who needs help, drive somebody somewhere when they need a ride, put somebody else’s feelings above yours, drop everything your doing to be there for somebody else, do anything small or large to help somebody other than yourself, forgive somebody you would not normally forgive, love your family with every  piece of your heart. Share this with as many people as you can, and his legacy will live on forever! Rest In Peace, Dad. The world is a better place because of you!
