Obituary of Lawrence Nye

Nye, Lawrence Hull, age 76, died on Wednesday, April 25, at his home in Babylon, NY. Lawrence, known as Larry, was born March 31, 1942, in Springfield, Missouri to Luke Nye and Florence Latimer Nye. He was a teacher in the Kings Park School District and was active in Babylon Village civic events. He is survived by his wife, Sandra, with whom he celebrated 50 years of marriage this last year, by his children, Gregory Nye and Casey Nye-Herrington, four granddaughters--Olivia, Sophie, Tula, and Lillis, and by his sister Mary Ann Nye of St. Louis Missouri. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the Fredrick J.
