Obituary of Robert V. Walsh

Walsh, Robert V., on July 13, 2016. Beloved husband of 55 years to the late Ann Walsh. Devoted father of William (Barbara) Walsh, Susan (Thomas) Keegan and Michael (Colleen) Walsh. Cherished grandfather of Amy Walsh, Colleen Whiteley, Matthew Keegan, Andrew, Danny and Tyler Walsh and great grandfather of Sean and William Robinson and Adrie Ann Whiteley. Robert was a proud U.S. Navy Veteran serving during World War II and was also an Inspector at Grumman Aerospace. Reposing at The Fredrick J. Chapey & Sons West Islip Funeral Home, 1225 Montauk Hwy. (1/4 mile west of the Robert Moses Cswy.). A religious service will be held Sunday 7:30 PM at the Funeral Home. Funeral service Monday 12:30 PM at the Funeral Home. Visiting Sunday 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM.
