Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Michael J. Longarello, 93, of Seaford, NY on April 23, 2024. Michael served as a member of the US Navy, as well as a detective for the NYPD. He is survived by his wife of 71 years, Joan Longarello, his three sons and their wives Michael and Monica, Steven and Debbie and Paul and Lisa, his 7 grandchildren and their spouses, and 8 great grandchildren. The services are as follows: the wake will be Sunday, April 28, 2024 from 3:00pm-5:00pm and 7:00pm-9:30pm at Chapey & Sons Funeral Home in Bethpage, NY. The funeral mass will be held on Monday, April 29, 2024 at 9:45am at Maria Regina Church, before the final resting place at St. Charles Cemetary in Farmingdale.
