Obituary

Shirley Babor, 98, passed away on March 18, 2024. She is reunited in eternal peace with her husband, Frank Babor, and her daughter, Lynne Ruppert, who preceded her in death. She is survived by her devoted children George Babor (Theresa) and Ellen Stephens. Shirley’s legacy lives on through her grandchildren: Bradley, Andrew, Allisa, Ellyne, and Christyne, each of whom held a special place in her heart. She also leaves behind great-grandchildren: Bradley, Harlee, Rebecca, and Riley, who brought her immeasurable happiness and pride. Shirley's compassionate spirit to helping others was evident in every aspect of her life. She was not only a devoted family member but also an integral part of the community, particularly at the Church of Saint Anselm of Canterbury, where she dedicated countless hours volunteering at the church's thrift shop.
