Wilder, Harold H., of Bay Shore, LI on May 5, 2016. Proud volunteer and Trustee of the Bay Shore Fire Department. Beloved husband of June Wilder. Devoted father of Donna Holecek, Carolann French and AJ Wilder. Loving father in law of Frank, Ed and Stacy. Cherished grandfather to 6. Proud great grandfather of 1. Dear brother of Genevive Kahler and the late Harriet Scott. Harold worked tirelessly for 35 years for Point O'Woods Association as their Master Plumber. Harold has served his communities in the fire service for over 50 years; 16 of those years in Bay Shore Fire Department and Ex-Chief of Ocean Bay Park Fire Department. He also served as the President of the Islip Fire Police and was a member of the Long Island Decoy Association and the Suffolk County Lions Club. Reposing at The Fredrick J. Chapey & Sons East Islip Funeral Home, 200 East Main Street (1/2 Mile West of the S.S. Parkway, Exit 45W). Celebration of the Liturgy of Christian Burial Monday 11:00AM St. Patrick's R.C. Church, Bay Shore, LI. Interment to follow at Union Cemetery of Middle Island, Middle Island, LI.
