Obituary

Thomas Alcamo, born in Brooklyn October 20th, 1937, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on June 29th. He served in the US Army, and went on to marry to Dominca “Minnie” Alcamo for 50 years. They raised 4 beautiful children, 8 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren with one more to come. Thomas loved being around his family, traveling and after retiring from Pfizer, spending time at his second home in Tarpon Springs, Florida. He loved going to Yankee games with his family, and took pride in attending every sporting and school event that his children and grandchildren participated in. Made amazing friends along the way and enjoyed his past few years at the Heatherwood in Amityville, New York. He showed us how important having a family is, because his favorite quote was “I did really well for being an only child”. May he Rest In Peace with his beautiful wife, Minnie and his son Joseph.
