Obituary

Jack was a beloved husband, father, grandfather and friend. With a passion for singing and an avid barber-shopper, Jack loved life to the fullest and died peacefully after 90-years of a truly wonderful life. A celebration of his life will be held at The Fredrick J. Chapey & Sons East Islip Funeral Home, 200 East Main Street (1/2 Mile West of the S.S. Parkway, Exit 45W). Memorial Visitation Wednesday from 3:00 PM until 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM, and Thursday from 9:00 AM until 9:30 AM. Funeral Service Thursday, 9:30 AM at Fredrick J. Chapey & Sons Funeral Home, with entombment of cremated remains to follow at Pinelawn Memorial Park. www.chapeyfamily.com
