Obituary

Susan Trifoli left this world peacefully to the loving arms of our Lord on March 3, 2023 surrounded by her family. She was a remarkable mom, wife, sister, aunt, grandma, mother in-law and friend. Susan treated everyone she met with kindness and respect. While we know that she is at peace and that her struggles are at an end we'll miss her wisdom, laugh and the sparkle in those beautiful eyes. Her family, friends and faith were her priority. Susan has left us with her legacy of love and forgiveness. She was never supposed to live past her twenties nor have children but thankfully the experts were wrong. Needless to say, we are devastated yet grateful God shared her with us all. In lieu of flowers we ask for donations to her favorite charity Smile Train. Funeral visitation to be held on Wednesday March 8, 3pm-5pm and 7pm-9pm at The Fredrick J. Chapey & Sons West Islip Funeral Home, 1225 Montauk Hwy, West Islip, NY. Funeral Mass 9:30am Thursday, March 9 at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 455 Hunter Ave, West Islip NY.
