RIMMEL- Francis X., on January 31, 2023, and dear brother Paul A. Rimmel, who passed on November 21, 2022, both formerly of East Islip, LI. Predeceased by cherished parents Francis Xavier and Margaret A. Rimmel. Survived by beloved siblings Elizabeth (the late Fred) Lederer, Margaret (Jerry) Kapalko, Maria Rimmel, Kathryn (Gary) Nye, Linda (Charlie) O’Connor, Janet (the late Jay) Wells, and Michael (Janice) Rimmel. Also loved by many nieces and nephews. Arrangements entrusted to The Fredrick J. Chapey & Sons West Islip Funeral Home, 1225 Montauk Hwy., (1/4 mile west of the Robert Moses Cswy.). Celebration of the Liturgy of Christian Burial Thursday, February 9 at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of Lourdes R.C. Church, West Islip, LI. Interment to follow at St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Bay Shore, LI.
