McCormack – Anne of Bay Shore, LI on February 5, 2021. Beloved wife of William McCormack. Devoted mother of Kelly (Joseph) Licata, Billy McCormack and the late Timothy McCormack. Cherished grandmother of Alicia McCormack, Angelina and Antonio Licata. Dear sister of Harold. Reposing at The Fredrick J. Chapey & Sons East Islip Funeral Home, 200 East Main Street (1/2 mile west of the S.S. Parkway, Exit 45W). Celebration of the Liturgy of Christian Burial will be held at St. Patrick’s R.C. Church, Bay Shore, LI on Monday at 10:00 AM. Interment to follow at St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Bay Shore, LI. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made in Anne’s loving memory to the Brentwood Bay Shore Breast Cancer Coalition, P.O. Box 927, Brentwood, NY 11717.
