Sager, John "Jack" Frank of Farmingdale, LI on January 10, 2021. Beloved husband of Susann Sager and the late MaryAnn Sager. Devoted father of John A. (Tracey) Sager, Ron (Laurie) Sager, Kenneth (Laura) Sager, Bob (Susan) Sager, Donald (William Vitello) Sager, Michael (Lisa) Leuschen and Jerry (Stacey) Leuschen. Cherished grandfather of sixteen. Loving great grandfather of two. Jack was an Ex Chief of the Levittown Fire Department and member for 58 years. Reposing at the Fredrick J. Chapey & Sons Bethpage Funeral Home, 20 Hicksville Road (1 mile north of Southern State Parkway, Exit 29).A religious service to be held at the funeral home Saturday 9:00 AM. Interment to follow at Holy Rood Cemetery, Westbury, LI. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations in Jack’s loving memory to The ALS Association, Development Department, 1275 K Street, NW, Suite 250, Washington, DC 20005.
